Let's see...
$.92/share in FY96 earnings and a growth rate of about 20%.
Problem is huge overhead (3400 employees with only 250 mil in revenues
is not exactly stellar), and their biggest customer is Uncle Sam.

I'm not surprised its trading at a discount to its growth rate
(current PE = 18). Why do you think this company would make a good
investment?

Oh wait a minute, I forgot...The HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars
in Y2K revenues which should be coming in ANY DAY NOW.
