Question for the assembled: How easy/hard is it to usually get a hold of someone at Liberty? I called twice today but was told everyone was on the phone and would get back to me. Haven't heard from them... What's the typical response time? Is today an abberation or is it just that they are always busy? Just curious.... Sandy
