Scott, maybe they didn't want to shoot the rocket off just yet. Put a hold on their recommendation, then accumulate it themselves. This is the speculative run pending first quarter results in the beginning of May. Maybe TD knows something, maybe everyone is just guessing, but either way it has had tremendous volume lately along with many block trades.
