Please read the ENBX latest 10-K before assuming that ENBX is a great asset. My recollection of it is that ENBX is very much a sibling of BOST: same kind of debt structure, same (mis)management, same shell game financing. Maybe I am mis-remembering and am just mistaken as a result of the beating I have taken in BOST lately, but that's what I remember. Have a look at ENBX's SEC filings and let me know what you think.
