Gaming Lottery Corporation Enters into Agreement
with The Investor Relations Group

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Gaming Lottery Corporation (TSE-GLH; NASDAQ -
GLCCF) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with The
Investor Relations Group.

Gaming Lottery has taken on a new business direction by actively
pursuing opportunities in the technology, electronic and digital
sectors of the gaming industry with plans to engage in international
gaming operations.

The Investor Relations Group, guided by its President Bobby Genovese
with his expertise in investor relations consulting and
communications, will be directing Gaming Lottery's repositioning in
this new and exciting technological field, while profiling the
undertakings and achievements of the Company as it continues to
respond to market needs and client interest in the coming months.

The Investor Relations Group will provide investor relations services
relating to the business, products and services of Gaming Lottery,
arrange broker and analyst meetings and contacts, and attend as well
as represent Gaming Lottery at industry and analyst meetings. In
conjunction with the Company, The Investor Relations Group will
assist and prepare corporate and product related materials and
provide information upon request.
