Tor- thanks for the excellent post. this explains a lot of the buying and selling on a speculation basis. what is ATYR looking to use the financing for? they just bought and installed additional manufacturing capacity last year. I was lead to believe that all the internal pieces were in place and they just needed to secure contracts. Where is their current source of revenue coming from? Have you been able to see any financial statements lately? I have one from early '97, but did not receive one later in the year after requesting an updated copy. It's still disconcerting to see no mention of them amongst the hundreds of other companies in the leading trade pub, Rubber & Plastics news:

I am now holding shares acquired during the runup when volume increased. There seemed to be a hefty selloff today.
