Today's announcement of a multi-year contract is the first time in ACRO's corporate history (as far as I know) that ACRO has had a significant multi-year contract. It may be a small event, but it is important. It indicates that ACRO is taking steps towards smoothing out the boom or bust nature of its business. Given that ACRO appears to have a breakeven point at around $13 million in annual sales, a contract with $1 million/yr (average) sales is nice peg to hang the yearly budget planning on. A couple more multi-year contracts, plus what appears to be an ongoing stream of orders from The Philippines agent would give ACRO some strong talking points on Wall St.
