Thanks for making a point that I am well aware of and that is the circulation of the proxy information.I occasionally forget that not everyone uses the internet or even if they do will make the effort to search out information on their investments. Most probably rely on their brokers or the printed word from the company.

Leaks are always possible from any company how ever, even if the word was out on the Babish settlement who would have predicted the activity we saw today?

I can't disagree, the stock sure is looking better.
