Someone is missing the boat. Shares of FNET are shares in something that doesn't currently exist. If the IPO comes out at $10 or higher then that is what they will be worth. If the IPO didn't come out then they lose all their money. That is why they can buy at $1 per share. It's a gamble. And I might add my opinion that it is a pretty good gamble since I think the IPO will in fact be out before the end of March 97.
