Roo, Hi...sorry I havent had time to respond earlier. I disagree with 1 point of your post about "delays upon delays" concerning Myriad. That is not totally in FAMH's control, and in fact they have to deal with the IRS... and lawyers.. and Myriad. So I wouldnt blame FAMH for that. Maybe the best plan would of been not to Mention Myriad until March.. and then it could of been closed within a month or 2. But I dont think 3-4 months is forever to wait for to increase your company's revenue stream by a factor of at least 5x.

On the other hand, I share your concern about the audited financials. Personally, if they were ready I think Ira should of stuck to his word and posted them March 2, 1998 as promised. That is my major beef with the company at this time. Now the "word" is he is keeping them back to create momentum... and announcing them in tandem with ATXI or whatever. Personally, I disagree but I dont run the company.

I do understand your frustration, but like a fool (or fox?) I added to my position today.

My hopes are that this anxiousness is all forgetten in 2 months when we look back and say wow, remember when you could buy FAMH for .60? I'm not trying to hype... but I do think we will be saying that.

I do wish they had posted financials as soon as they had them ready, but I do think people who do business like them, because obviously the IRS and Westcott and ATXI have looked them over.

Good luck.
Mark
