I can assure you that Waldron will never get a 15c2-11 approved for IBUY. In speaking with the legal dept. @ the SEC today, I enquired about this situation and theoretically about Waldron. The response was that the financials were not the issue, but rather the reason for the halt must as well be overcome. In this case, it is the suspected manipulation by Waldron that got IBUY shut down. The lawyer at the SEC said that in the case of a situation wherein the alleged perpetrator was applying to make a market in the security, they would have additional issues to overcome. It seems clear to me that the
SEC does not want Waldron or anyone else to make this stock.

That aside, Waldron continues with their buy in fraud tactics, this time operating in Canada to buy in shares way above market. This will only make Cery Perles time in jail longer, since he has been in no uncertain terms advised to cease and desist in this activity. The guy is getting some serious miss-guidance from his lawyer, Tom Fehn who
has just finished a serious dust up with the SEC on another issue (anyone got more on him?). These two are a couple of amateurs who have gotten in way over their heads.

Their gall is going to goad the SEC/NASD to really come down hard-even money says the SEC goes for civil and criminal charges within a week or two.
