jbal.. IAS smells fishy.

The word back from the FCC is that not one telecommunications engineer could validate the claims of IAS. The donut antenna does not overcome the limitations that make tower antenna useful - despite all the airplanes that crash into them. <g>
Also, the IAS site was lacking in info about what frequencies and for what uses the antenna would find a niche to operate.
If the antenna has any advantages over other existing technologies now in use, HOW it has them, by what theories it has them is closer to the reality of Dick Tracy than those of physics.
Ask Johnny how many telecommunications engineers have a few hundred thousand invested in IAS... ask him to name them. If John says he "can't," you have my permission to shoot him.
