Charles Schwab's Voice Recognition Telephone System: Hi. Does any one know which voice recognition software Charles Schwab Brokerage uses on their automated voice system? Its wonderful. You just speak normally and it understands what you're saying. Like, I could ask for "stock quote" for "Intel Corporation" (say it like normal people do, without slowing down or spelling it out etc.) and it understands me. If anyone knows the software they use , could you please let the rest of us here know? Thanks MFDoh!
