When a company goes public, a certain number of shares are registered to be sold "to the public", which constitutes the "float". "Shares outstanding" include both the float and privately held ("unregistered") shares.

Read the SEC filing from the link I provided, and you will see that no NEW shares are being created. These are simply previous VC insiders getting out of their shares.

The question is, WHY at THESE levels....

(BTW, I'm a concerned believer/owner)
