I see that as a no win situation for them. <

This is the good side of having accountants run the business. they are good at making moves that kill a business. Cost savings is important but for example limiting facilities and advertising plus not having the customer as number one in the year 2000. Is stupid. This guys have centralized handling od accounts and don't provide an 800 number. This is not being smart it is being stupid!
