Quad, I don't know, maybe someone else can help. I'm really disappointed though. A BOD change is the best thing that can happen to this company. How could shareholders have reelected this BOD? I wonder if Noorda starts selling off his stock. I personally view the meeting as a disaster based on the BOD alone...and once again, they weren't even there. Sounds like Schmidt making excuses for them. Wonder if they've given further thought to a stock buyback as they promised last year. Really a shame. They're embedded in granite...at least until the lawsuit kicks into gear, then hopefully we can throw Mr Young out with the rest of the garbage. sf
