Peter, we are playing with words on the options issue. Outstanding means that the options have been issued and the 10k does indicate much fewer than 16 million. I think the difference is that agreements/contracts are already in effect which obligates CTXS to issue the additional options up to the 16 million number, the additional options to reach the 16 million number are an obligation of the company.

Since you are convinced that it is an error in wording in the proxy and there is no obligation for that many options, perhaps you should contact the company and ask them to amend the proxy and the 10k. But as long as it stands as an SEC filing I think we must accept it as correct.
