In my opinion, the real tale will come when the case in MN is finally decided. If the Plaintiff prevails, then we will have a very real idea of what the real nation wide cost will be. I am willing to bet that it is much less than 500 billion.
There is a great deal of hysteria out there. Some democrat was spouting off saying that the US should now regulate tobacco world wide. RIGHT!
ML downgraded MO today. Wait for several months and they will surprisingly upgrade the stock. The down grade means either this stock really sucks and we are doing the world a favor by telling them or it means lets drive this sucker down as far as possible so we can pick up a big position. IMHO
