Dusty, I don't think anything is being put off. We will just have to wait and see when Myriad closes. Apparently you have never had to deal with the IRS.

It sounds like everything is all set to go on the deal. So whether it closes tomorrow or a few days later is not a big deal to me. Just as long as it closes. And from the conference call it sounded like it was half way there already. Just my opinion.
