Q1-1998 CC Summary:

1) 1st week May all wafer starts will .25um
2) Q3 all wfr out be .25um
3) AMD continues 25% discount to Intel comparable part

6) In Q1 AMD shipped tens of thousands 300MHz in 1 wk

8) K7 is on scheduled and be demoed at Comdex in Nov.
9) K7 will have slot as Compaq would like no necessarily Slot 1
10)More than « of 0.25um dice yielded above 300MHz
11)K6 peaked at 400MHz to be shipped later in the year
12)Raise capital in Q2 may be less than 1B

AMD is solid. The only thing that disappoint me is the 25% investment by IBM or ??? Had it been there we see 40 in a heart beat.
