Ned, I haven't heard much about the status of the patents. That is being handled by their new patent attorneys. What do I look like, the fountain of all knowledge?? Call them yourself and ask.... <wink> Like I said before, GRNO for me is either a tax loss or a long-term capital gain in 1998 (or any point in between). I have high hopes but realistic under-exhuberance until I see money in the bank, units being manufactured, and more clarification on where we all stand relative to future SEC action. This is not to say that I don't support BC or the technology, but we all need something we can cheer about as well as knowing what exactly is going on. I feel better when I know what I'm up against and I think most people would agree that bad news, however unpalatable, is better than no news or confusion as to where we all stand. Regards, Ron
