I think your figures look a lot more accurate than mine that I'd posted long ago. My figures were posted in a state of complete ignorance of ARET only owning 49% of Tomahawk. Needless to say, I wasn't very pleased with myself when I realized I missed this important point (nor was it ever mentioned to me by the company) and that everything I'd ever figured about the company needed to be lopped in half.

Well, almost everything. That rule doesn't apply to their mentions of when financials will be submitted.

I still feel as you do regarding Delmar's personality for the most part. At one time, though, I found his lack of concern over stock price very endearing. Nowadays, it feels more to me like a lack of concern about shareholders, which I definitely don't find endearing.

If they're really not going to use BusinessWire, that'll be a huge blow. Of course, now we know not to trust anything any threadster reports as having come from the company, be it me or anyone else. Too often they've told threadsters something, only to let the threadster twist in the wind when it doesn't materialize. So, I'm taking the "No BusinessWire" news with a grain of salt. If it proves to be true, it'll be proof that they:

A. Can't afford the $50 or so per release, as LBI suggested to me long ago.

and

B. Nothing they say on the phone can be trusted.

We've got ample proof of "B" already.

Which reminds me, I'm hearing of names there I haven't heard before ("Michael", "Joe"). Are these new folks or are they old-timers who haven't done phone duties before?

When I started hearing the new names, I really hoped it meant Barry was finally being replaced in the IR function. He knows little or nothing about public companies, the concepts of trading and investing, or dealing with shareholders. I know IR is something that kinda fell in his lap, and he has other, more important duties. I keep hoping they'll use an outside IR firm. Someone who knows something about the stock market and investors.

Before I go back to my newly-preferred role of simply lurking, I just want to add that I can no longer even enjoy the calming effect of feeling that the financials will be released "soon". Yeah, for all we know, they might hit the SEC tomorrow. Problem is, I believed that back in January and many times since.

Why?

Because that's what the company was telling me.
