Duncan, are they (assuming they are for real - you know how easy it is to make up a YahooID?) going after the guy who said 10 cents but then admitted it was a joke or the guy who said 11 cents and said he got it from the company? BTW, who could possibly have been harmed (assuming of course that no one had a heart attack, but that wouldn't really be a SEC issue would it?). Both posts were made after the close and I doubt the guys who trade on Instinet would act on those posts. Certainly no civil claims. Don't know about criminal. Anyway, careful what you say - big brother is watching. Bob
