Rick, OZEMY sets up OzEmail Datacasting division theaustralian.com.au Interesting article, I especially liked these snippets: OzEmail is one of the country's most ambitious ISPs and is noted for backing many and varied Internet-related projects. It has also devoted staff to devising an electronic commerce solution, yet to be announced but likely to be in conjunction with one of the big four Australian banks. OzEmail really thinks outside the lines and outside Australia. They are really taking aim at becoming an international force (though probably not in the U.S.) Very ambitious! My only concern is that they may be too ambitious and lose focus on their core ISP business. I hope they don't stretch themselves too thin. -nk P.S. The stock nosedived late in the day as a direct reaction to my purchase of shares at $18 1/2 : ( However, for some reason I think I'll be smiling in a couple of years time.
