Tks for the J L. I wasn't aware of any of the history here, just was re-reading my notes from fall CommUnity and DLGC peaked my interest. There was a lot of talk about Voice over IP then, with more emphasis on the practical aspects - i.e. how is this going to be used in the field. It seems to me that DLGC is at the pointy end of the IP spear.

I especially like the last part of your message - mgt wants to develop a better relationship with the street!
