Part 1 Repost : Crystal Clear : #reply-3982036

From the OED
Moot : The stump of a tree.
Moot : A piece of hard wood hooped with iron at each end.

The worst obstruction was an old stump mired in the mud near the crystal. It was obviously a left over, a remnant. Amidst the flow of garbage and filth is stood adamant. The moot was ungainly and overlarge with ponderous projections. It had been chewed at before but it had stubbornly resisted.
The moot ring was fashioned completely of strong steel with links that held every piece together. Circular and adjustable, it was about 11' across when fully open. It would allow the heaviest moots to become an item of no concern. The moot ring would allow huge amounts of pressure to be applied, literally making the moots weight work against itself.
Slowly but surely the old moot gave way, it's day had come sooner than expected, but it still resisted mightily. The sucking sounds could be heard clearly as the roots ripped up exposing the old growth, clay clinging. Once the stump was out of the way, things would be a lot clearer and more of the crystal would be seen.

We have established one point, Crystallex has "title".

So, if you are short, ask yourself this question :

Why did the courts have to give them back the title.
Was it obtained improperly perhaps, by someone else ? Once I build my house on your land, is it my land ? How many more shares should I short on the "fraudulent" Mr. Asensio's word. For the very complicated response, read Moot. For a clearer view, read Graystone. By the way, very nice style Moot.
