Yup, there certainly IS value to the discussion of who signs the checks.

Just like with the discussion about the audited financials, I see the NETZ supporters are now waffling and preparing for the fallback position if they turn out to be wrong. So, now, it's no big deal who signs the checks.

But it *does* matter - if Hayton signs the checks, then his involvement with the company is much, much deeper than has been disclosed, and this would not be good.

I say, yes, let's focus on the present.

Now, in the present - who signs the checks? :)
