This is from 2 weeks ago...the latest filing. <You seem to have a lot of time and interest for a non-participant.> I do not have a lot of extra time..but I am participating. I am not a shareholder, however. <Perhaps you couldinvestigate further and report your findings here.> Oh I will, as time permits. <Sounds like stuff pertaining to therepast endeavors.> I don't think so...most SEC filings are pretty accurate...if the filings aren't accurate...well then the filing Company is usually in big trouble.
