I am still here. Have not been posting much as there is not much to talk about.

After the news release about the recent lawsuit filed against the company, I called to find out as to what is going on. Apparently the company believes that the lawsuit is without merit. I was told that the activities related to FDA review of the Phase-I and the authorization to start Phase-II (inspection of HVSF facilities, etc.) are progressing nicely. I am hopeful and expecting positive developments in this area in the near future. I hope that this lawsuit will have a positive conclusion before that. Positive for the shareholders, this is.
