David, it depends on how the pharmacist submits it. I will give an example Zyban is not covered for smoking cessation, so you submit it under Wellbutrin for depression, You can get around them,as long as your not caught.
On to Muse, it doesn't work,caverject does,but you have a needle.
On to Viagra,it does not work at all in healthy individuals,only in people with certain idiopathic illnesses.
I would say about 50% of the prescriptions I get are for non-approved uses. Its a lot of trouble to get it through the FDA.
