Nuance. Check www.nuance.com for more info. Another big customer of Nuance is UPS. Competitors are ALTECH, PureSpeech (aquired by VCS last month). Nuance is SRI spinoff, while ALTECH's MIT. The natural language recognition those companies claimed are really meaning extraction technology though.
