Yes. They've been producing for the last several weeks. I don't know how long it'll take their domestic partner (Respironics, which I mistakenly wrote last time as Roche Labs) to apply for FDA approval here. I was told that SPRX hopes it'll be sometime in the 2nd quarter, but they don't control that.

I also believe that once the market calms down after these past 2 days, we'll see a move toward the $10-12 range by end of April.
