Paul, I actually have a factual question for you: What percentage of wafers are discarded before all production steps are completed? Some simple examples like someone dropped it, or the raw die was no good, or tolerance on a mask layer is off so bad that there are zero good CPU's, etc.

Do these kinds of things happen to 1%, 5% or 20% of the wafers? And are these wafers discarded early in the production process or do they go thru the whole process?
