Mr. Pink

No question that SIR is overvalued, no question that they do not generate sufficient revenue to cover expenses hence the need for them to generate capital as is evident in the sec filings.
Unfortunately, this alone is not enough for a good short, as is evident by the myriad of overpriced stocks which we see today. (Including CCSI and AMZN for example) Did you notice that amazon is worth more (according to wall street) than barnes and noble. Not a good short but I like it as a long put.

I have concluded from following a lot of your picks(most of them good btw) that bad management / bad accounting is usually the key to picking off turkeys on the short side.

My question for you, can you give me some pointers as to why you believe SIR to have this situation? ie. I can see the casee you make for ACRT but am having more difficulty with SIR.

PS, I don't doubt the fact that it is waaaay overpriced, but am looking for the catalyst that could lead to its correction.

Thanks for the time and fundamentals you put into this thread. Others would do well to follow
