(NASDAQ: SRMI) announced today the establishment of an OEM Agreement with Agfa

for the distribution of their laser imagers, dry printers, and computed radiography systems.

Swissray's AddOn-Multi-SystemO, the world's first multifunctional direct digital

radiographic system, is able to convert x-ray information directly into an image that can be

used for diagnostic purposes within 20 seconds. With the distribution of a full line of Agfa's

laser imagers, dry printers and computed radiography systems, Swissray is the first company

to offer a complete solution for a total digital radiology department. Products both from

Swissray and Agfa are DICOM 3.0 and HL-7 compatible, and can be used on a network or

for point-to-point connections.

IMO they need another OEM to sell their products
more than they need to sell someone elses. They may
be biting off more than they can chew. If it works
their way will be more profitable. My suggestion
would lead to being profitable sooner.
