We are both waiting to see what happens with KO, but to put it in context, if KO took 200 TAVA Y2K engineers - that they don't have - for the next year and threw in $3m for using the datbase it would only be worth $1/share (plus incremental business beyond 2000 of course).

Actually I do, it is one of my base assumptions that the base company will be turned round to have good earnings (say, net 10% on $40m), then good growth (PE 20). Then, the company is worth $4/shr.
