The Panda Project Announces Rescheduling of "THE NEW COMPETITORS" Broadcast

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1998--

Program to Air on Sunday, April 12, 1998 on CNBC

The Panda Project Inc. (NASDAQ:PNDA) Wednesday announced that it will be featured on the nationally broadcast television series, "THE NEW COMPETITORS", airing on Sunday, April 12, 1998 at 12:30 p.m. eastern time and 9:30 a.m. pacific time on CNBC, NBC's business cable network.

This program was originally due to air on April 5, 1998 but had to be rescheduled due to problems that occurred within the traffic department at CNBC.

With extensive footage of Panda's Florida headquarters and interviews with CEO Stanford W. Crane Jr., the program explains how Panda is providing the computing and electronics industries with its advanced VSPA(tm) semiconductor package and Compass high-density interconnects. Panda's Archistrat computers and its new Rock City(tm) PC are featured as examples of systems incorporating these patented technologies to deliver high performance modularity and upgradeability to end users.
