Hello all, I just thought this would be a good time to
relate my USA Video experience.

Last year I was one of the investors that got sucked
in to buying some of this stock on it's 'meteoric' rise
to .90. I had been watching it climb for a few weeks
and (foolishly in hindsight) bought it on the OTC Nasdaq
market after it was halted on the ASE. I bought at .80.

After watching it remain halted for an agonizingly long
time (3 days as I recall, over a weekend too) I got a really
bad feeling. Genius that I was.

I finally sold my position at .81 monday morning. Hours later it
reopened and of course tanked immediately on the pathetic
news release regarding Rogers Cable. I should have known
better and I certainly take full responsibility for making a stupid
investment decision but I can definately state that I've never
been happier to make no money in my life!

If I'd not followed my instincts (better late than never) I'd have
lost a lot of cash.

Good luck to anyone currently holding a position on this one,
I hope you make your money back. If I had any confidence in
this stock at all I would also consider trading it but I just plainly
don't like it and would rather use my money elsewhere.
