I agree with your assessment and think you were wise to buy now. PTCH is my largest holding. I've been in it in varying amounts since 1993.

By the way, the present price is not a 15-year high. It was at 2 in January 1994 and at around 2-1/2 in February 1992. Before 1992, it spent a long time at around 50 cents.
