Again, I say I don't care who signs the checks. What's important to me is the company's business plan and their ability to act upon it. Do they have the financing and do they have the management skills.

Not who signs the check. If the check was signed by someone reputable, but was used to buy a dry oil well, I would say that was bad business. Would you like to know what color the checks are too?
