Gekko is this financing only going to be done if ashton finds us a commercial pipe or two.How many warrants& shares must be a monster it feels like they have been preselling now for about 6 months.There appears to be a massive block still left between .40 &.50.How big of an financing are they trying to accomplish and does it have a expiry date .Or has it even been approved,I would think it is possible that after app 3 to 5 million spent on the gold side with very little info it is possible the V.S.E.may have some questions that require time to prepare.Regards Jim
