Brian ,

Responses to your comments:

1) "19.95 unlimited", good move by AOL , but that is what you can get a good local ISP for , it will help keep subscribers , but think of the loss of revenue , how many new subscribers will they need to make up that revenue loss.

2) "No more deferred subscriber acquisition costs" well at least now AOL will report real expenses to offset earnings , but it will kill the bottom line.

3) "telephony" that will not be unique to AOL

4) "on line gaming" same comment as above

5) "56.6k access" , the ISP accounts will also have this so it is no big deal .

6) "12 million subscribers by this time next year" I advised Bill Earthman to get off the happy pills, and I advise the same to you. How the hell do you think they could double there subscriber base in a year???????
