Well, if we have gotten a LOI signed then it could be the joint PR from FAMH and ATXI and that would be pretty darn cool. I think the way ATXI came back and slapped FAMH's hand after the last LOI annoucement hurt FAMH's credebiliy with the street and that a joint announcement would go a long way towards restoring that.
