Rick, Aside from the "no IND = no respect" factor, the price decline may also be explained by sales by VC's. I haven't had time to analyze the filings properly, but a quick glance indicates that a number of prior 5% shareholders now hold nothing. I don't know if these were sales or just distributions to limited partners, but seeing such distributions are often followed by sales it may not matter. I'm kind of edgy about the overall market right now, but if I were to put more money into biotechs I would add to my MLNM and ARQL holdings at these prices. Peter
