Ted,

SYNT WONT SELL.. PERIOD. They have peer pressure as much as anybody. You think Desai would take the cash & run, when his compatriots are running successfully CBSI/MAST/IMRS/SEEC etc etc. He would look like a scooting dog with tail tucked. No way man. He is a king now at SYNT. What else he can do with so much money..?
