Hi Salt - You are technically correct that Ebiz still exists as Jaws' parent. This is for accounting purposes only. Ebiz's sole asset is Jaws. Anyway, Chris is going to put out a press release clarifying what has transpired over the past month. My advice to you is to expunge Ebiz from your memory banks! Regards bbruin
