This matter is for lawyers. First time I heard of this deal, someone asked about PVO shareholders. I thought than that PVO didn't need approval for takeover or acquisition, which I support today. Bradstone made points which plenty of people agree with.
If these were producing properties, with confirmed resources and Gabriel was a producer in need to update its fleet of front loaders, there would be less problem and Bradstone would just sit tight( as they did) checking what PVO is getting into. After all if they could make 3 to 400% on transition, they would be the last to call the meeting to kill the deal.
We have to see. Surely Goepel Shields is buying. I don't think they can buy so much but they do support the deal.
