If they were going to buy UTI out, I would suspect they wouldn't offer such a high premium. However rumors do tend to turn out true a good bit of the time. Look at the USA Waste/Waste Management rumor. They both denied they were in talk and then 2 months later they merge. Let's hope this one is true! Bert
