Leroy,

I disagree. I am taking the closing of Myriad as a token of
good faith that everything else is on track. If Myriad dosen't
close reasonably soon, Well I think many people will be frustrated.
Myself included. It has been on the table longest and therefore,
in my mind should be ready for completion. I, like many others want something finished. Myriad is the logical one to be done.
Both are significant so I won't say one is more important than the
other. Just a matter of faith at this point.
