I have been watching Inter-tel for a few years. They have excellent products. They have a full featured DSP based PBX that has CTI links to an NT call control server and they also make boards to plug into a PC based PBX. I previously worked for one of their competitors (with greater market share). And, I was always surprised how they technically stayed at least a couple years ahead of us. They also seem to draw one of the biggest crowds at the CTI shows since they are doing leading edge stuff. I keep wondering if they are a take over candidate from one of the high powered Network Manufactures (i.e., CISCO) for a quick way to offer integrated voice/LAN solutions to customers. Richie.
